Q: If I have a shirt that became najis with urine and I put it in a large pool of still water (KURR) and squeezed it while it was in the water, is that sufficient to purify it, or must this be done two times? What if the urine was already removed by it drying, would one time be sufficient?
A: No need for a second time. Since the Najassa (impurity) itself was removed and then it was out in KURR (a measurement of water; equivalent to approximately 377 litres.) water, and then this is enough.
