i have a question regarding smoking. is smoking cigarettes haram? and what about smoking hookah?????

Smoking is forbidden since it causes significant harm to one’s health, which could reach, according to the testimony of experts, the extent of serious and fatal diseases.

i would like to get a detailed answer why the dog is Nijiss? i know it is impure but i can not convince the others why it is impure.

Allah’s legislations are made to achieve the best interest of the servants; thus, what the Shariah deems impure has to do with the state of filthiness embodied in the thing that is deemed impure. Moreover, it is mentioned in several traditions that dogs are impure and one should purify all what gets in contact with them in the presence of a medium of wetness.

Is it ok to say 'Ya Ali help me' or 'Ya Fatima help me'. Pl reply.

Our invocations should only be directed to Allah and we should only ask Him for help to fulfill our needs, for Allah says: “So invoke not any one along with Allah,” (72:18), and: “And your Lord says: Call upon Me, I will answer you,” (40:60), and: “And when My servants ask you concerning Me, then surely I am very near; I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he calls on Me…” (02:186).

why is there a minor ghayba and a major ghayba of imam mahdi? what is the wisdom behind this? and why just 4 represantive, why not 3 or 5.
what is if one doubts about the four representative of imam mahdi?
there are also some shia scholars who doubts about these four. and claim that they claimed to be representative of imam mahdi, just to collect khums monry, and fool the ppl, by makig buisiness.

This is the will of Allah and His wisdom. The occultation (Ghaiba) of Imam Al-Mahdi (aj.) as well as his appearance are part of the unseen that only Allah knows about. In his minor occultation, Imam Al-Mahdi (aj.) had four deputies, and then he disappeared in his major Ghaiba and will remain as such until Allah gives him the permission to reappear.
The just jurisprudent represents the Imam’s general deputy, knowing that he does not have any specific deputies in his major Ghaiba. This is what we have learned from the traditions of the Imams, as well as from Imam Al-Mahdi himself before he began his Major Ghaiba.
As for Khums, it is a religious duty that is commanded in the Holy Quran, and detailed in the honorable traditions, and it will remain a duty until the Day of Judgment. Moreover, there is a part of this Khums called the portion of the Imam that is handled during the Ghaiba of Imam Al-Mahdi (aj.) by the just jurisprudent who would spend it in what ensures the welfare of the Muslims, in general, and the poor in particular.

I have a a very hard and troubling question thats bugging me for some time I have been trying to reaserch and have no result. Was Adam (as) the first person Allah created on earth or the the first prophet because there is proof that man kind excisted over 100,000 yrs ago how is this possible when Adam(as) is only about 6000 yrs old and also in regard to dinosaurs ? The existed million of yrs ago and have no mention in the Quran obviously Allah created them and they lived on this earth and there bones still remain fossilized in the earth even after the flood of Noah . But there is no sign of Adam (as ) grave or burial place . As as of eve, how did she die and where is her grave?

Adam and his wife, Eve, were the first humans on earth, which is explicitly mentioned in the Holy Quran: “When your Lord said to the angels; surely I am going to create a mortal [Adam] from dust: so when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, then fall down making obeisance to him.” (38:72). This reveals that Adam was the first human created by Allah Who sent him along with Eve down to earth, and they reproduced; thus, bringing mankind to existence, for Allah says: “…Who created you from a single being and created its mate of the same (kind) and spread from these two, many men and women.” (04:01).

My question is that, If a muslim brother kills two muslims lives unintentionally by accident on road and he is to observe fasting as kaffara, is he going to fast for individual i.e 2 months a person making 4 months for the two lives? Or since the incident took place at the same time is he going to observe only 2 months fast for the two lives? JazakuMullah. Wassalamu aliakum

The atonement (Kaffara) necessitates that he fasts two for each of them separately

Assalaam alaykoum i followed the counting of the moon according to your callender so i marked Ashura on the 10 which was monday but then i saw that even in lebanon it was marked it was marked on tuesday,did i get it wrong help me?

You are right, the tenth of Muharram according to our calendar was on Monday, according to the jurisprudential establishment of the beginning of the month. However, as a gesture of taking into account the general atmosphere, we preferred to commemorate the occasion the following day, especially that it is not an obligatory religious duty.

Are Pheromones and it's many types Haram or Halal?
There are refrences where the prophet (saaww) suggested for men to wear musk, for he likes that smell. According to researchers the smell of musk signals things to other people.
Anyways, I have no doubt pheromones work for I have blind tested them for over a year now. The reason I kept going was there is no verdict at all on the net about it. Awaiting your answer

I'm working in a factory of volkswagen. When I want to pray at my place of work, have I to ask the owner of this factory? Who I have to ask if I dont know the owner? If they are disagree have I to cancel that job? I'm not married and I have no kids
